Location: East

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement, including sales data, customer data, and operational data.
2. Reporting: Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to the management team and other stakeholders.
3. Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor key business metrics.
4. Project Development Support: Assist in various stages of project development lifecycle, from planning to execution to post-implementation analysis.
5. Strategic Support: Provide support for strategic initiatives through data analysis, including market research and competitor analysis.
6. JotForm Management: Contribute to the management and development of JotForms to enhance data collection and processing.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in basic MS Office.
2. Possess at least a Diploma in Business, IT, or related field.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
4. Familiarity with ChatGPT would be advantageous.
5. Understanding of data analysis principles is required.
6. Understanding of basic programming syntax is a plus.
7. Experience with JotForm is a plus.
8. No experience is welcome.
