Job summary

Temasek Holdings in Singapore invites an intern to join the Portfolio Strategy & Risk Group. You will help build research and tracking platforms, architect data pipelines, and collaborate with tech teams to manage analytics workflows.

The role requires a 20+ week commitment, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and skills in Python, SQL and cloud/data tools. Strong visualization tooling knowledge is a plus. Internship offers full-time style engagement in a global firm.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in CS/engineering/business or related field.
Proficiency in Python, R and SQL.
Experience with AWS, S3, JFrog and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with QlikSense, Snowflake, Tableau; Git experience helpful.

Responsibilities

Implement and help build research and tracking platforms with data pipelines, analytics engines and visualization tools.
Architect and design data pipeline infrastructure to support ETL and query financial data sources.
Collaborate with internal and external tech teams to run and operationalize platforms.
Maintain and design in-house databases for analytics workstreams.
Explore containers to host analytics engines and improve workflows.
Identify improvements to automate manual processes and boost speed and scalability.
