Job summary

Qualifications

The role will focus on ensuring reporting data is accurate and up to date, investigating discrepancies, maintaining operational trackers and supporting improvements to existing reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update and develop dashboards and reports, ensuring information remains accurate and timely.
• Investigate data discrepancies and reporting issues, including incorrect data triggers, missing information and inconsistencies.
• Maintain manual trackers and ensure data is regularly updated, validated and properly recorded.
• Prepare and support weekly and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
• Use Excel and Python to analyse, manipulate and validate data.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and resolve datarelated issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate existing reporting and tracking processes.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests when required.

Requirements

This is a rolling 12-months initial contract.
