Job summary

You will maintain trackers, prepare weekly and monthly reports, validate data, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting processes. Proficiency in Excel and Python is required, and prior banking experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Data Analyst role.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation/automation.
• Experience maintaining dashboards, reports and operational trackers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Banking/financial services experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update and develop dashboards and reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate data discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Maintain manual trackers and ensure data is updated and recorded.
• Prepare and support weekly and monthly internal reporting.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to resolve inconsistencies.
• Use Excel and Python to analyse, manipulate and validate data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve data issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and tracking processes.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
