Job summary

Singapore Tourism Board (STB) is seeking a Data and AI Product Manager to shape the data product roadmap for STB and industry stakeholders, driving data-driven decisions and AI-enabled solutions to boost tourism growth.

You will collaborate with the Data Exploration and Partnerships department and work across government agencies and industry partners to plan, prototype, and scale data and AI products that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Formal training in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience in data product management or related roles.
• Experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications.
• Experience delivering data-driven solutions and driving products from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the data products roadmap for STB and industry stakeholders.
• Lead AI roadmap and PoCs, including NLQ for conversational access to datasets.
• Gather requirements, design end-to-end product specifications and governance frameworks.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and manage cross-functional collaboration across government and industry partners.
• Define KPIs and monitor adoption, impact, and continuous improvement.
