Job summary

Singapore Tourism Board is seeking a data analytics professional to manage the full data lifecycle and deliver actionable insights for tourism planning and growth. You will work with multiple stakeholders to design studies, clean and merge data, build visualisations, and communicate outcomes to leadership.

The role requires strong quantitative skills, experience with R/Python/SQL, and a proven track record in delivering decision-ready analytics and dashboards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data collection, wrangling, analytics and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Experience with dashboards and cross functional collaboration.
• Proficient in R, Python and SQL; experience with Excel/Power Pivot.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics: apply methods to large, diverse datasets from multiple sources.
• Data wrangling and transformation to analysis-ready formats for insights.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Deliver insights addressing business questions and guide planning strategies.
• Project and reporting management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as data custodian and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy data feeds into reports.
• Manage data tracking, governance and quality across datasets.
• Share best practices to uplift data capability within the organisation.
