Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data governance or related areas.
• Proven track record leading marketing data governance initiatives.
• Experience with financial services or data-intensive industries is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Data & AI Governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap across Marketing & Communications and regional markets.
• Establish ownership and stewardship for marketing, communications, and analytics data assets.
• Lead adoption of governance policies, standards, and tooling to raise data maturity.
• Oversee data quality initiatives and cross-functional data issue resolution.
• Govern metadata, definitions, lineage, and trusted data sources for compliance.
• Strengthen data and AI risk management, monitoring, and remediation.
• Govern responsible use of customer and marketing data, including AI use cases and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive governance outcomes and resolve enterprise data challenges.
• Lead regulatory, audit, and compliance readiness activities and remediation.
