Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Sweet Goods Technologists in preparing and evaluating dairy application prototypes.
• Support ingredient preparation, sample management, and lab activities.
• Gain exposure to pilot-scale equipment such as UHT systems and homogenisers.
• Document results and maintain accurate records for project briefs.
• Participate in sensory evaluation and cross-functional reviews.
