Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a customer- and partner-focused Solution Architect to join our team. You will educate customers on the value of CrowdStrike's security platform and enable them to position, demo, and deploy our solutions.

Working with Sales and Alliance teams, you will contribute to technical architecture, solution delivery, partner enablement, and POC engagements to drive growth across the ecosystem, including live platform demonstrations and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Proven pre-sales or systems engineering background in security.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and modern OS architectures.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical advocate, building deep trusted relationships with technical and sales teams to articulate CrowdStrike's cloud-delivered architecture.
• Develop and execute technical enablement programs for partner SEs and technical staff to sell and support CrowdStrike solutions.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to design scalable solution architectures and integrations.
• Assist with demo environments, NFR deployments, and POC engagements guiding testing methodologies.
• Lead accreditation and certification initiatives to drive partner technical independence.
• Act as a technical liaison between external partners/customers and internal teams to overcome blockers.
• Contribute to product training materials, labs, and integration playbooks.
• Engage in industry events and partner summits to demonstrate the platform live.
