Job summary

WPH Digital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator/Manager to support planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity projects.

You will coordinate meetings with vendors and stakeholders, manage schedules, risks, and changes, review security configurations, and participate in testing to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle multiple projects, and on-site supervision of contractors when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of project management or coordination experience, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Experience in at least one full cybersecurity project lifecycle or two full IT lifecycles.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity projects.
• Coordinate meetings with vendors, stakeholders, contractors, and users; prepare meeting minutes and project reports.
• Manage project schedules, maintenance activities, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Review security configurations, user access controls, firewall rules, and system settings for compliance.
• Participate in system testing and ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
• Review maintenance reports and contractor deliverables for quality and contractual compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders and contractors, providing regular project status updates.
• Maintain project documentation and support project administration tasks.
• Supervise contractors' work on-site when required.
