Job summary

WPH DIGITAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity projects.

You will work with vendors, stakeholders, and users to drive timely delivery and maintain thorough project records. The role requires a degree in CS/CE, at least 1 year of PM/coordination experience in cybersecurity, and relevant certifications such as Security+.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of project management or coordination experience.
• Experience in at least one full cybersecurity project lifecycle.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate meetings with vendors, stakeholders, contractors, and users, and prepare minutes.
• Manage schedules, maintenance activities, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Review security configurations, access controls, firewall rules, and system settings for compliance.
• Participate in system testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Review maintenance reports and contractor deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders and contractors, providing status updates.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with administration.
• Supervise contractors' work on-site when required.
