Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives spanning IT risk management, governance and compliance. You will drive projects such as VAPT, asset discovery, risk assessment and GRC programs with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations, tracking progress, managing risks and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience in IT risk, governance or compliance
• Strong knowledge of IT risk assessment methodologies
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and NIST is advantageous
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, risk management and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks and security concepts
• Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure (e.g., VAPT, Asset Discovery, Risk Assessment, GRC)
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocations
• Monitor progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies, escalate when necessary
• Prepare and present project status updates, reports and dashboards to stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, security and business teams to evaluate controls and identify gaps
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders
