In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and agencies while tracking KPIs and analyzing programme data to produce visual reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, 3-5 years of programme management experience, and proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau and Excel. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Program Management

• Support the execution of all programme workstreams.

Data-Driven Reporting & Strategic Insights

• Track KPIs and performance benchmarks for all programme workstreams.
• Analyse programme data and produce clear visual reports (e.g., Tableau, Excel) for management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to workstream leads for informed decision‑making.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in programme management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Excel).
• Experience with Python for data analysis is preferred.
• Professional certifications in data analytics are an advantage.
