Qualifications

• 5 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering product roadmaps and strategy.
• Proven experience in agile development environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• End-to-end product delivery experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management across different levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in product discovery, development, and launch.
• Experience translating customer requirements into product features.

Responsibilities

• Partner with lead Product/Programme Manager to develop and execute product strategy and vision.
• Own and drive specific product features or components of the cybersecurity solution.
• Develop and maintain product roadmap aligned with overall strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Build business cases for new features and improvements.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned features.
• Drive user research initiatives to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to design secure solutions.
• Lead regular product reviews and feedback sessions with users and stakeholders.
• Transform user insights into actionable product requirements.
• Lead sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement within the development team.
• Remove blockers and optimise team velocity with engineering leads.
• Facilitate technical discussions between product and engineering teams.
• Prioritise product backlog based on business value and technical constraints.
• Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyse product metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
