Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Lead to manage and mentor a team of pre-sales engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback.

You will work directly with the sales team and customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements, then design and present tailored solutions that address their needs through demos, POCs, and compelling technical presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on cybersecurity pre-sales experience.
• Proven experience leading a pre-sales or technical team.
• Extensive knowledge across a wide range of cybersecurity domains.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

About the role

• Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for a wide range of cybersecurity solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Work directly with the sales team and customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, then design and present tailored solutions that address their needs.
• Solution Demonstrations: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs-of-concept (POCs)
• Public Speaking: Actively participate in and host webinars, workshops, and other industry events as a speaker or panelist.
