Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Services Project Manager (Cybersecurity Platforms) to lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across on-premises, cloud, and network environments.

You will combine strong technical cybersecurity expertise with project management to deliver secure platforms, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity or infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cybersecurity platforms and SOC technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, system hardening, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP, cybersecurity, or cloud certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity platform projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, procurement, and vendor teams to achieve project objectives.
• Drive implementation of security controls and platforms, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, NDR, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management solutions.
• Provide project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
