Job summary

LANTU EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an ATFM Security Team Lead in Singapore to oversee a three-person team responsible for protecting ATFM systems.

You will coordinate Day 2 Operations, conduct technical oversight, and engage with internal and external security partners to ensure continuous compliance and incident response readiness. You will guide investigations, perform KPI tracking, and drive continuous improvements, including remediation follow-ups and risk register maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM) and privileged access management (PAM).
• Experience with incident lifecycle management and security incident response processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance frameworks and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Day 2 Operations team, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis and remediation tracking with established SLAs.
• Coordinate with HTSOC, GSOC, FM Teams and tenants to align security activities.
• Prepare and present monthly operational reports; track KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify process gaps and mentor engineers to maintain high technical competency.
• Standby duties: be available for high-priority incidents outside standard hours.
