Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT systems and infrastructure experience, incl. financial sector (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, and network topology.
• Experience with incident/change/vulnerability management and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for network and cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Handle security incidents, service requests, and changes per ITSM processes.
• Perform vulnerability follow-ups and security hardening of network components.
