Job summary

The role involves working with IT teams, owners, vendors and stakeholders to identify risks, implement controls and respond to incidents. Qualifications include a IT/cybersecurity degree or diploma and hands-on experience in security operations, IAM, audits and risk management.

Qualifications

• Must have IT/CS/Cybersecurity degree or diploma.
• Experience in IT security, cybersecurity, infrastructure or risk/compliance.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and controls.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and remediation.
• Experience with security incident management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with access control and privileged-account management.
• Experience coordinating remediation activities with IT teams and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and monitoring of information security controls across IT systems.
• Identify, assess and manage cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities and exposures.
• Conduct security assessments and coordinate remediation with IT teams and vendors.
• Monitor incidents, investigate alerts and coordinate incident response.
• Perform incident analysis, root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
• Review system, application and security logs for audits and compliance.
