Job summary

kyndryl (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead governance, risk management, compliance, and operational security across the organisation.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to strengthen the cybersecurity posture and drive continuous improvement of security programs. In this role, you will oversee incident response, vulnerability management, asset management, security monitoring, and third-party risk

Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, governance, compliance, or security operations.
• Experience leading cybersecurity programs, projects, or operations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, incident response, and cloud security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk management, compliance, and operational security activities.
• Oversee incident response, investigation, recovery, and post-incident improvements.
• Drive programs including vulnerability management, asset management, security monitoring, and third-party risk.
• Monitor risks, vulnerabilities, and findings with timely remediation.
• Review assessments, security testing, and assurance programs.
• Prepare dashboards, management reports, compliance submissions, and executive reports.
