Job summary

CAPGEMINI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead operations, governance, risk management and compliance across the organisation.

You will oversee incident handling, vulnerability management and third-party risk, while driving remediation and reporting on the cybersecurity posture. The role requires a degree in cybersecurity/IT/CS/engineering, 5+ years in security, and strong leadership with stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS or engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in governance, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management and compliance activities.
• Oversee incident management, investigations, response and recovery efforts.
• Manage cybersecurity programmes including vulnerability and third-party risk management.
• Monitor posture and drive remediation of identified risks and findings.
• Review assessments, security testing, risk assessments and assurance activities.
• Provide dashboards, reports and compliance submissions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and auditors to address requirements.
• Lead capability development and operational resilience initiatives.
