Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) Safer Cyberspace Division is seeking a candidate to drive cybersecurity adoption for initiatives across Singaporean enterprises. You will plan outreach events, manage cybersecurity projects, develop compelling narratives, and create collateral to support national programmes.

With a good degree and 3–5 years in technology project management, you will translate complex concepts into lay terms, lead cross-functional teams, and measure engagement outcomes

Qualifications

• Good degree with at least 3-5 years experience in technology project management.
• Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for broad audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communications with a creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of cybersecurity by key target segments supported by the Division.
• Plan and implement outreach and engagement activities (in-person and online).
• Project manage cybersecurity initiatives (e.g., CISO-as-a-Service).
• Develop narratives and communications for initiatives across platforms.
• Plan and implement social media content to raise enterprise awareness.
• Source or develop collaterals (infographics, toolkits) to support initiatives.
• Develop measures to track effectiveness of partnerships; use analytics.
