Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) seeks a leader to drive national initiatives elevating SMEs and NPOs’ cybersecurity posture. You will oversee end-to-end project management, budgets, and resources, and guide security architecture reviews for national programs across Singapore.

We require 8–12+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise IT with strong leadership, plus certifications (CISSP/CISM/CRISC/CISA).

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years in Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, or Enterprise IT.
• Leadership or senior project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar cybersecurity/digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity controls, cloud security, and risk frameworks.
• Familiarity with government procurement guidelines and national standards.
