Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, including digital communications, media relations and/or public engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote and publicise CSA’s initiatives and programmes through effective owned and earned publicity, and profile CSA as a cyber thought leader locally and internationally.
• Oversee CSA’s digital channels including websites and social media channels.
• Design and develop integrated communications plans, including conceptualising creative social media strategies.
• Optimize content for different social media channels to ensure maximum reach and engagement with the target audience.
• Oversee awareness surveys and conduct regular reviews of CSA social media performance to develop strategies for intervention.
• Manage appointed agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality work.
