Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Strategic Principal Consultant to lead large, multi-disciplinary engagements with senior executives across industries. You will guide cybersecurity program development, incident response maturation, and threat-informed exercise design, while shaping client strategy and staffing for successful outcomes.

You will communicate complex findings clearly, contribute to thought leadership, and identify emerging security trends.

Qualifications

• Over 8–15 years in IT/security consulting or strategy roles.
• Experience leading assessments, audits, or strategy projects for senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex strategic advisory engagements with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Assess and mature cybersecurity and incident response programs pre- and post-incident.
• Develop threat-informed scenarios for customer exercises and recovery.
• Produce high-quality written/verbal reports and recommendations to client management.
• Demonstrate thought leadership via blogs and public speaking.
• Identify emerging cybersecurity trends and coordinate with government and industry.
