Job summary

JJ Consulting Services, a recruitment partner for multinational expansion in Asia, seeks a Deputy Director (Cybersecurity Strategy) to lead development and evaluation of cybersecurity strategies protecting assets and enabling growth. The role focuses on strategic insights, stakeholder collaboration, and performance tracking to align with business goals.

The successful candidate will possess a relevant advanced degree, professional certifications (e.g., CISSP/CISA), strong communication skills,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Infocomm Security, CS, CE Eng, or IT.
CISSP and/or CISA certifications advantageous.
5–6 years of relevant cybersecurity strategy experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of emerging threats and technologies; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

Identify cybersecurity gaps and formulate strategic insights for asset protection.
Develop and recommend innovative cybersecurity solutions for emerging tech.
Secure and allocate resources to expand the cybersecurity portfolio.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and review strategies and policies.
Monitor effectiveness and ensure alignment with org goals.
Design metrics and reporting to track progress for leadership.
Conduct cross-disciplinary research to create strategic roadmaps.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
