Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a cybersecurity leader to shape and drive regional growth. You will combine deep technical expertise with commercial acumen to help clients solve security challenges and grow PwC’s cyber practice across Southeast Asia.

In this director-level role, you will lead the Cyber Defense consulting practice, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and mentor a team of security professionals while advancing managed security services offerings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cyber security, with defense and transformation programs.
• Extensive experience in cyber defense, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Proven ability to lead alliances with key technology vendors such as Google Cloud and Palo Alto Networks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Cloud Platform security tools and their integrations.
• Proven leadership skills managing teams and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in Managed Security Services for business development and delivery.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GIAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Cyber Defense consulting practice across Southeast Asia, developing innovative solutions to protect clients against evolving cyber threats.
• Maintain and lead strategic alliances with key technology partners to enhance security offerings.
• Drive strategic partnership initiatives with alliances, ensuring successful integration and delivery of joint solutions.
• Lead revenue growth for the Cyber Defense practice, with a strong focus on expanding Managed Security Services offerings.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans to increase adoption of managed cyber defense solutions.
• Collaborate across GTM practices to identify new business opportunities, build proposals, and drive deal closure
• Lead large-scale cyber transformation programs for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage and influence senior stakeholders across large enterprises, including C-suite engagement, to build trusted advisory relationships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on cyber defense strategies and technology solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, fostering skill development and high-performance culture.
• Stay abreast of the latest cyber security trends and demonstrate thought leadership in the domain
