Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Deputy Cyber Security Manager to support security governance, risk management, compliance, security operations, incident response and cyber resilience across Singapore and Malaysia. The role safeguards information assets, strengthens regulatory readiness, and coordinates security improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders, MSSPs, vendors and auditors.

• Experience in cybersecurity governance and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders, MSSPs, vendors and auditors.
• Knowledge of PDPA, CSA Cyber Essentials / Cyber Trust, ISO 27001, NIST CSF.
• Strong incident response and crisis preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead security monitoring across endpoints, identities, email, network and cloud.
• Coordinate with MSSPs on monitoring, escalation and incident response.
• Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments.
• Prepare threat reports and management dashboards.
• Coordinate tabletop exercises and business continuity planning.
