Job summary

KWE-APLL Technology Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Manager, Cyber Threat Management & Security Operations to lead proactive cybersecurity capabilities, identify threats, assess risk, and mitigate exposures before they impact business.

You will collaborate with SOC, Infrastructure, Cloud and App teams to strengthen cyber resilience, establish threat-informed security programs, leveraging intelligence, automation, analytics, and continuous assessment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years in cybersecurity with threat management leadership.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK and threat intel.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the enterprise Cyber Threat Management program.
• Establish threat-informed defense strategies based on emerging threat intelligence, adversary tactics, and business risk.
• Identify and assess cyber threats relevant to the organization's technology landscape and industry.
• Translate threat intelligence into actionable security controls, detection content, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of evolving threat actors, attack campaigns, and emerging attack techniques.
