Job summary

Woh Hup Group seeks a Deputy Cyber Security Manager to drive governance, risk, compliance, security operations and incident response across Singapore and Malaysia. The role safeguards information assets, strengthens compliance readiness and coordinates security improvements with stakeholders, MSSPs, vendors and auditors.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience, enterprise/multi-site preferred, with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience in incident management, security operations, audit support, vulnerability management and security improvement projects.
• Experience coordinating with MSSPs, vendors, auditors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Defender XDR, Defender for O365, Defender/Sentinel, IAM, endpoint and cloud security.
• Strong risk assessment, audit evidence, reporting and data protection controls understanding.

Responsibilities

• Governance, risk and compliance responsibilities across Singapore and Malaysia operations.
• Manage security monitoring across endpoints, identity, email, network and cloud platforms.
• Coordinate with MSSPs on monitoring, incident response and escalation activities.
• Investigate phishing, malware and account compromises with root cause analysis.
• Prepare threat reports, incident summaries and management dashboards.
• Promote security awareness and data protection across departments and sites.
