Job summary

Singlife invites an enthusiastic Polytechnic Intern to join the Cyber Security (TISO) team. You will learn how security reviews, artefacts, and governance operate within a regulated financial services setting and assist in building dashboards and automations to streamline workflows.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and reinforcing risk-aware decision making.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a polytechnic diploma in Cyber Security, IT, CS or CS Engineering.
Exposure to basic digital tools like Excel or PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI/Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

Map and improve TISO workflows (security review intake, vulnerability tracking & reporting).
Assist in security reviews by checking designs, change requests and project documents.
Review security artefacts to ensure completeness and alignment with standards.
Update security standards, checklists and templates to stay current with policies and regulations.
Prepare simple security metrics, dashboards or reports using Excel/Power BI/Power Automate to improve visibility.
