Job summary

NetLink Trust is seeking a cybersecurity GRC professional to act as day-to-day custodian of the GRC programme, ensuring policy implementation and control maturity across the organisation. You will coordinate assessments, audits, and remediation with IT, business units and external providers.

You will maintain documentation, support regulatory reviews, and build a security-aware culture through training and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, audit, risk or compliance roles.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity GRC concepts and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, MAS TRM/CCOP 2.0 or local guidelines).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day custodian of GRC programme, ensuring policies and controls are implemented and sustained.
• Provide assurance that risks and control gaps are identified, assessed, treated and tracked to closure.
• Coordinate assessments, audits and remediation activities with IT, business units and external providers.
• Maintain documentation and evidence for audits, regulatory reviews and reporting and promote security awareness.
