Job summary

PUB, through its InfoTech & Digital Transformation Department, is seeking a role focused on governance, resilience, and the integrity of IT and OT systems against evolving cyber threats in Singapore. You will communicate, implement and enforce information security policies while promoting a cyber‑vigilant culture across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will translate technical deficiencies into business risks and provide guidance to senior management on risk prioritisation and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, best practices, technology processes, risk assessments and policies.
• Ability to work across technical teams and business stakeholders; communication and influence are essential.
• Professional certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CISA, or CISM are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Governance, resilience and integrity of PUB's IT and OT systems against cyber threats.
• Communicate and enforce information security policies, standards and procedures in line with CSA and GovTech.
• Promote a cyber-vigilant culture through awareness campaigns.
• Leverage automation and streamlined processes to ensure policy compliance.
• Advise senior management on risk prioritisation and security investments.
• Develop, maintain and monitor risk management plans for IT and OT environments.
• Monitor controls, documentation, and audit readiness; support internal/external audits.
