Ensign InfoSecurity (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives across AI/ML, data analytics and software engineering. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and the ability to drive complex projects with multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing software engineering, data, AI/ML or cybersecurity projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating internal and external parties (customers, vendors, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with customers and stakeholders to understand business, operational and cybersecurity needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical scopes and plans.
• Lead planning, delivery and implementation of cybersecurity projects involving AI/ML and data analytics.
• Coordinate activities across the full development lifecycle from requirements to service improvement.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including proposals, specs and test plans.
• Manage baselines: scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and constraints with mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates on progress, milestones, challenges and risks to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships across customers, management, technical teams and external vendors.
• Facilitate collaboration between cybersecurity, AI/ML, data and software teams to translate complex problems into deployable solutions.
