Job summary

Pfizer Pte Ltd is seeking a Customs Compliance Subject Matter Expert to ensure regulatory compliance, manage APAC customs operations, and minimize penalties. This role drives standardization and continuous improvement across regional teams.

You will work with internal stakeholders, customs brokers, and authorities to uphold GDP/GMP standards and ensure alignment with Pfizer SOPs, while delivering timely, accurate compliance outcomes. Hybrid work arrangements apply in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of customs compliance operations and processes.
• Experience in supply chain and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customs compliance with local laws, regulations across APAC.
• Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions to manage risks.
• Prevent penalties through accurate customs administration and oversight.
• Liaise with stakeholders, customs brokers and authorities on customs-related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement of compliance controls and processes across the region.
• Represent the region in global and regional forums.
