Customer Solutions Specialist Senior Solutions Design and Implementation

• Conduct a detailed review of customer requirement in transportation
• Analyse customers’ requirements and propose FedEx transportation or logistics services
• Design solutions within and outside the context of FedEx’s service capabilities
• Create tailor‑made transportation solution for customer, as well as develop all business documentation/operating plans that are required for solutions development
• Assist in the development of customer proposal
• Identify budget, internal resources, and external resources to ensure optimal and effective solutions are developed to meet customer needs and generate revenue

Project Management

• Act as the project lead for cross‑functional customer transportation and logistics projects, coordinating teams without direct reporting relationships to ensure timely and successful project implementation
• Effectively communicate with project team members across functional departments, countries, and sister companies to ensure successful project execution

A background in the freight forwarding industry or experience within a logistics team supporting the Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Data Center industries will be considered an advantage.
