Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service representative on a 1-year contract in a central Singapore location.

The role runs from 10am to 7pm with a rostered pattern of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, handling email, phone and in-person inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Key duties include prompt, professional responses and resolving complaints, supported by familiarity with customer service software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in email support.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
