Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Mandarin fluency is a bonus for Mandarin-speaking clients
• Good PC/computer knowledge is essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email/online systems
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry
• Able to type and enter information accurately
• Responsible, organized and dependable
• Capable of working independently after training
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with accident reporting, inquiries, scheduling and post-accident support
• Coordinate repair updates and schedules with clients
• Liaise with insurance companies to arrange survey schedules and claims
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs promptly
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly
• File accident reports and prepare notices for insurance claims
• Manage email and update client databases for accuracy
• Perform administrative duties to support daily operations
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a customer-first approach
• Multitask to meet operational demands using MS Office
