Job summary

Talent First in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Officer to handle shipment-related enquiries and support warehouse operations.

You will reply to customers' email inquiries about shipments, generate picking lists, update and manage the warehouse inventory system, and assist with import/export documentation. The role is based in Jurong West with a 5-day work week.

Customer Service Officer

• Basic Salary up to: SGD 2,400
• West, Jurong (Transport at Jurong East)
• 5 days work week.
