Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated team member to support showroom operations and manage end-to-end online orders. You will assist customers with fittings and styling while coordinating with shipping, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Responsibilities include processing orders, tracking status, handling inquiries on social media, and maintaining accurate sales records. A Diploma/BA in business or marketing is preferred, with strong communication and multitasking

Qualifikationen

• Minimum experience in retail operations or customer service, preferably in online fashion business.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and social media platforms.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers with showroom try-ons and provide guidance on styling and fit.
• Manage online orders from start to finish including processing orders, monitoring status, and updating customers on changes or delays.
• Overseeing the fulfilment process of online orders: check stock levels, pack orders, arrange shipping or delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues or complaints timely and professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, shipping and delivery.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve online shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory and customer interactions.
• Monitor social media platforms and engage with customers on Instagram, Facebook and other channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and Instagram DMs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with showroom try-ons and provide guidance on styling and fit
• Manage online orders from start to finish includes processing orders, monitoring order status, and updating customers on any changes or delays. They may also need to coordinate with other teams, such as shipping or warehouse, to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Overseeing the fulfilment process of online orders. To check stock levels, pack orders, and arrange for shipping or delivery. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, shipping and delivery
• Work with the team to develop and implement new initiatives to improve the online shopping experience and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory and customer interactions
• Monitor social media platforms and engage with customers on Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via email and Instagram direct messages
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
