Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre is seeking Retail Associates for a new fashion store opening in Orchard, Singapore. You will welcome customers, offer styling advice, and help create a personalized shopping experience at Takashimaya.

Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are valued. You may work 5 days a week, with 2 days off, across 10:00 to 22:00 shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide attentive service throughout shopping experience.
• Understand preferences and occasions to recommend pieces.
• Assist with styling and putting outfits together.
• Offer advice on fit, details, and wearability of items.
• Create a welcoming fitting room experience.
• Process purchases accurately and assist with inquiries.
• Keep store, displays, and fitting rooms clean and inviting.
• Replenish merchandise and assist with stock counts.
• Support sales and store operations to meet targets.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.

About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing women’s fashion brand opening a new retail store in Orchard, and they are looking for enthusiastic Retail Associates to join their team.

As part of the opening retail team, you’ll have the chance to be involved from the beginning and help create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience for customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customers' preferences, needs, and occasions, and recommend suitable pieces.
• Assist customers with styling and putting together outfits.
• Provide helpful advice on fit, product details, and different ways to wear each piece.
• Create a comfortable and enjoyable fitting room experience.
• Process purchases accurately and assist with customer enquiries.
• Keep the store, displays, and fitting rooms clean, organised, and inviting.
• Replenish merchandise and assist with stock counts and inventory-related activities.
• Work closely with the team to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Support other day-to-day store activities and ad-hoc duties when required.

Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential. We're equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, personality, and willingness to learn.
