Job summary

Fiber International Technologies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Support Associate to prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate cross‑department workflows to ensure timely delivery.

You will maintain inventory and sales reports, communicate with customers, and assist sales managers with data‑driven tasks. 2+ years in sales support and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level or Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales support or related functions.
• Experience working in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations to support sales activities in collaboration with sales managers.
• Verify and process customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and generate internal job orders.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers by addressing inquiries and providing detailed product, service, and order status information.
• Proactively communicate with customers to update order progress, delivery schedules, and resolve issues.
• Generate and maintain inventory reports, track sales performance, and assist in sales forecasting to support business planning.
• Assist sales managers with various sales-related tasks to improve team effectiveness.
• Support the team leader by managing work processes and generating relevant data reports.
• Collaborate closely with inter-company administrative support to streamline operations.
• Apply proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reporting tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills to contribute positively to the work environment.

Job Summary

Support sales operations by preparing quotations, processing customer orders, coordinating cross-departmentally for order fulfillment, managing customer communications, and maintaining inventory and sales reports to drive efficient business processes.
