Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support the air and sea freight teams, handling customer inquiries and coordinating carrier shipments.

Based in Changi, this role offers weekday hours from 9am to 6pm and a salary range of SGD 2,700 to 3,700 per month, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• With relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the customer service department.
• Handle customer ratings for both air and sea freight.
• Liaise with air and sea carriers & customers.
• Process sea freight documentation, including bookings and billing.
