Zusammenfassung

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer service assistant to support the logistics team at Changi Airfreight Centre. You will handle inquiries, assist in rating shipments for air and sea freight, and liaise with carriers and customers to ensure smooth process flows.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office proficiency with a focus on accuracy in documentation and billing tasks, and prior experience in freight services is desirable. Working Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, in Singapore.

Qualifikationen

Minimum GCE 'O' level.
With relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
