Job Overview

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Customer Service Executive to be the backbone of our sales operations in our Pioneer, West region office. This full-time role directly impacts company success by ensuring smooth order processing and providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive efficient sales administration including quotations, orders, tracking and fulfillment.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channel.
  • Process e-invoicing through customer portals within 48 hours of delivery completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team and internal departments.
  • Co-ordinate import/export logistics with accurate documentation.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service.
Requirements
  • O level qualifications or higher.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Entry-level welcome to apply and training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
