Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics/shipments coordinator in Singapore to manage shipment arrangements, track orders, and maintain delivery records.

You will liaise with local and international customers and coordinate with warehousing and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. The role includes handling customer inquiries and complaints and contributing to efficient logistics operations in the Penjuru area.

• Arrange shipments and track shipments
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents and delivery records
• Liaise with local and overseas customers
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints regarding shipment status, delivery schedules and logistics services
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)


• Location: Penjuru area
