Job summary

HA HA BIN F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned customer service professional in Singapore to deliver timely, professional support across hotline, email, online chat, and social channels.

You will collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure accurate customer information within the service center. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in customer service operations and will oversee daily activities, ensuring effective responses and consistent service quality

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
