Job summary

Hegen’s Flegen space is seeking a proactive Associate, Customer Experience & Operations to support day-to-day operations, customer touchpoints, and events for new and expecting parents. You will handle enquiries, welcome participants, coordinate consultations, and help ensure a warm, reassuring experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Warm, friendly, and personable, with a genuine interest in interacting with people and creating a welcoming experience.
• Empathetic and sensitive to the needs, concerns, and emotions of expecting and new parents.
• Confident in hosting, engaging with participants, and supporting classes, workshops, and events.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp and other channels with timely, thoughtful responses.
• Welcome parents at classes, workshops, and events and ensure they feel supported.
• Coordinate consultation requests, appointment scheduling, and service fulfilment with freelance consultants and partners.
• Manage backend systems, including Shopify and Meety, to support bookings and scheduling.
• Track daily revenue and maintain operational records.
• Monitor inventory for sponsored products and refreshments; prepare for upcoming activities.
• Coordinate setup and logistics for classes, workshops, talks, and events and support on-site needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and service delivery.
