  • Support marketing operations and project management, including tracking project timelines, coordinating deliverables, managing marketing assets and ensuring stakeholders are aligned on key milestones and requirements.
  • Monitor campaign and project progress, consolidate relevant feedback and insights, and support post-campaign reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and smooth coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Undertake other marketing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned, in support of evolving business and brand priorities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Up to one year of relevant experience in marketing, marketing operations, campaign coordination, events, project management or a related function. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with relevant internship experience considered an advantage.
  • Exposure to events, retail, FMCG, consumer brands or agency environments will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned projects.
