Job summary

Hi-Tech Drycleaning & Services is seeking a Customer Experience & Delivery Specialist in Singapore. You will be the face of our brand at residential estates, delivering premium garment care with warmth, professionalism, and a focus on schedule integrity.

You will learn fabric care details to answer queries at the doorstep, handle feedback with empathy, and support indoor operations during downtime. A valid Class 3/3A license and English proficiency are essential, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license with a minimum of 2 years of active driving experience.
• Strong spoken English to seamlessly handle client interactions and premium customer care.
• Active listening and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and personalized pickup and delivery experience at premium residential estates while maintaining a friendly, professional relationship with regular clients.
• Learn specialized fabric and garment care knowledge to accurately answer customer queries at the door about stain treatments, delicate care, and processing times.
• Manage customer feedback directly at the doorstep and address minor delivery or service issues with empathy and care.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in sorting, tagging, and transporting clothing items, ensuring they remain pristine and unwrinkled from pickup to delivery.
• Adhere strictly to the daily collection schedule to preserve client trust and maintain route consistency.
• Assist the team with garment sorting, packing, checking tags, and maintaining an organized shop floor during delivery downtime.

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Customer Experience & Delivery Specialist. You will serve as the primary face of our company at the doorsteps of our residential clients, ensuring that service quality matches the care we put into their garments. During delivery downtime, you will be working closely with our indoor operations crew to maintain operational schedule consistency and minimise disruptions. Suitable for all genders.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Able to lift, load, and transport bulk laundry bags and garment bundles safely


• Average load usually not exceeding 10kg, female drivers welcomed to apply

Working Hours & Schedule Expectations

• Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


• Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Schedule Integrity: Because our regular clients book their collections weeks in advance, route consistency is critical to our brand promise. All annual leave and time-off requests must be arranged and planned well in advance to allow for operational planning.
